This consultation is seeking views on our proposed administrative changes to our methodologies for calculating electricity and gas supply volumes; for the purposes of the supplier obligation setting provisions under the ECO3 Order. We are consulting now in order to facilitate finalising the methodology in advance of setting the supplier obligations for ECO3 phase 3. To assist suppliers, we will be sharing our emerging administrative approach and providing draft guidance which will be made available to stakeholders.
This consultation will be open for four weeks from 11 October 2019 to 8 November 2019.

Due to a communication error by Ofgem, incorrect figures relating to the uptake of elective HH settlement were included in GHD’s original report to us.
