Direction relating to a modified set of gas distribution regulatory instructions and guidance (RIGs) and reporting templates for 2015/16 annual reporting.
In April 2016 we issued a notice under paragraph 10 of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence granted to the Licensees under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986) and asked for views on the gas distribution draft RIGs and reporting templates for 2015/16 annual reporting. The consultation ended on 27 May 2016.
We are now publishing the modified RIGS in this Direction (Direction under paragraph 8 of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence granted to the Licensees under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986).
