We are today publishing our decision to make a modification to Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc’s (SHE Transmission’s) electricity transmission licence.
This follows a statutory consultation on the proposed licence change which we published on 4 July 2014. The July consultation proposed a modification to SHE Transmission’s electricity transmission licence which would bring into effect the decision published by the Authority on 16 April 2014 on the proposed reinforcement of the electricity transmission system to the northwest of Inverness in Scotland (the Beauly Mossford project).
The modification will take effect on 6 October 2014.
