On 23 January 2020, we issued a consultation outlining our proposal to modify the licence so that updates to the default tariff cap are calculated using the methodology that would be in place at the start of the relevant cap period rather than the methodology in place at the time of the announcement.
This document sets out our decision to proceed with our proposal. We include our rationale and a summary of stakeholder responses to the consultation.
