Decision for

These modifications to the Gas Transporter Licence held by Energy Assets Pipelines Limited are made under section 23(2) of the Gas Act 1986. The modifications will facilitate relative price control arrangements and put the licence into the same form as licences held by other independent gas transporters by inserting Special Condition C1 and amending Standard Condition 4A.
