Modifications CMP209 and CMP210 would change the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) to allow suppliers to provide demand forecast data (including negative demand data) to National Grid in order to pay or receive monthly monies from National Grid instead of waiting for annual reconciliation some months later. Ofgem rejected both modifications on 12 June 2013.
