We consulted on our Initial Project Assessment (IPA) of the FAB Link (to France), IFA2 (France), Viking Link (Denmark) and Greenlink (Ireland) interconnectors in March 2015. We made a decision to grant a cap and floor regime in principle to FAB Link, IFA2 and Viking Link in July 2015.
This open letter provides an update on our assessment of the Greenlink project, taking new information into account. We seek views on the new information and the implications for our overall assessment.

Stakeholders should submit responses to this open letter by 11 September 2015.
Subject to responses to this open letter, we expect to take a decision on the Initial Project Assessment for Greenlink in autumn 2015.
