The panel’s mid-year assessment considered the ESO’s performance from April 2019 to September 2019. The panel used our evaluation criteria to provide mid-year scores for each of the ESO’s role areas. The mid-year scores should be used by the ESO to guide performance over the remaining six months of the year. Due to the ongoing Ofgem investigation, the panel’s assessment did not consider the ESO’s performance regarding the 9 August blackout.
