We recently issued our decision on our proposal to update the Guaranteed Standards of Performance for Distribution Network Operators, by amending the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2015.
To implement this amendment, the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Amendment Regulations 2023 (the “Amendment Regulations”) was made.
This letter announces the coming into force of the Amendment Regulations on 1 September 2023.
