Ofgem has launched TR14 to identify suitable bidders to whom an offshore transmission licence will be granted. There is one project in TR14: Hornsea Project Three. This project has met the necessary qualifying requirements and tender entry conditions (in accordance with the Electricity Regulations (2015) for TR13.
