Non-Domestic Questionnaire

A non-domestic questionnaire complete with internal and external photographs of the non-domestic property should be submitted as part of your application if your installation supplies heat to a non-domestic premises that is not rated for business rates. This document will be used to assess whether the application meets the scheme’s non single domestic eligibility criteria.
