Guidance and resources
You can find all Non-Domestic RHI publications in this library. The default setting lists documents published this year, but you can select earlier years and also filter by information type using the fields at the top of the table.
As part of our scheme administration, we will publish public statistics and reports. You can find all of our Non-Domestic RHI reporting including our annual and quarterly reporting on our public reports and data webpage.

Request a statutory review
If we’ve made a decision for the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (NDRHI) that you think is incorrect (for example, rejecting an application, revoking a previously approved application, imposing a sanction) you can request a review. You have 28 days from receiving our decision to request a review. Full details of the review process can be found in chapter 17 of our guidance volume 2: ongoing obligations and payments.
Your review request will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will aim to reach a decision within 20 working days. We may contact you with additional questions or clarifications during this time.
In circumstances where we are unable to provide a full response within 20 working days, we will provide an update within this time.
