Our notice of proposal to grant Xoserve a code manager licence under the Code Manager Selection Regulations 2024 for the Gas Network Code.
Details
Xoserve applied to become a code manager of the Gas Network Code (GNC). We duly assessed Xoserve’s application following the procedures and criteria set out in the Code Manager Selection Regulations 2024.
We propose to grant a code manager licence to Xoserve. If awarded the licence will authorise Xoserve to perform the function of the code manager in relation to the GNC.
