Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) modification proposal CMP452 was raised on 27 February 2025 by Brockwell Energy. The proposed modification seeks to defer Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) payments for Generators that connect to the transmission system during 2024/25 until there has been a decision on CMP445. Such deferral would follow a request by a Generator
On 5 March 2025, the proposer requested that the proposal be treated as urgent based on Ofgem's urgency criteria. We have not granted this request. We have set out our reasoning in the attached decision document.
