We have approved amendments to the legal drafting of specific elements of the UNC code modification prioritisation procedure.
This approval is set out in a consent to modify letter co-signed by Encodar in its capacity as Operator of the Joint Office of Gas Transporters.
The approved changes are detailed in the published letter and amend the legal drafting originally set out in Annex L of our decision on establishing a harmonised prioritisation process in the Industry Codes, published on 28 April 2026.
These amendments address formatting issues and ensure that the relevant changes to the code modification prioritisation procedure are applied consistently throughout the UNC.
