We have approved the implementation of UNC Derogation D0002: 'Derogation from UNC TPD V5 (Protected Information) to allow the provision of data to hydrogen producers linked to East Coast Hydrogen (ECH) Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study'.

In line with the proposal, the derogation will apply from the decision date and will cease to be in effect no later than 31 December 2027.
