Decision on Connections Reform Package (TM04+)

STCP Modification Proposal PM0143 is related to the TMO4+ reform package, for which we published our decision on 15 April 2025. PM0143 proposes to follow STC Modification Proposal CM095 and aims to align the STCPs with the wider connections reform work.

We agree with Panel’s recommendation. We conclude that PM0143 is to be approved.
