STCP Modification Proposal PM0142 is related to the TMO4+ reform package, for which we published our decision on 15 April 2025. PM0142 proposes to introduce STCP 18-8: a one-off, time-limited STCP to facilitate the introduction of CUSC Modification Proposal CMP435, by establishing the contractual relationships between NESO and TOs.

We agree with Panel’s recommendation. We conclude that PM0142 is to be approved.
