We published an open letter on the Priority Services Register (PSR) Review on 26 March 2015, where we provided an update on the PSR review and sought further information on eligibility criteria.
Following this, we have published our Final Proposals consultation, which includes a draft impact assessment and draft licence conditions for suppliers and distribution networks. The consultation closes on 18 February 2016.
