Our notice of proposal to grant the Retail Energy Code Company a code manager licence under the Code Manager Selection Regulations 2024 for the Electricity Commercial Code.
Details
The Retail Energy Code Company (RECCo) applied to become a code manager of the Electricity Commercial Code (ECC). We duly assessed RECCo’s application following the procedures and criteria set out in the Code Manager Selection Regulations 2024.
We propose to grant a code manager licence to RECCo. If awarded the licence will authorise RECCo to perform the function of the code manager in relation to the ECC.
