Ofgem proposes to modify the Sizewell C Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) to set the Variable Values for the 2026 Annual Revenue Setting Process (ARSP).
PCFM Variable Values are defined parameters within the Price Control Financial Handbook (PCFH) that are used to calculate the Allowed Revenue through the PCFM as part of the ARSP.
The proposed modifications are required to calculate Sizewell C’s Allowed Revenue for the relevant Revenue Period.
This notice invites representations from the Licensee for 28 calendar days following the publication of this notice before a final determination is made.
