Gwynt y Môr OFTO plc – Decision on exceptional event claim

This document outlines the Authority’s decision that a failure at Gwynt y Môr OFTO on 15 October 2020 was caused by an exceptional event. It also provides the reasons for this decision and the adjustment we have made to the licensee’s reported system incentive performance under the availability incentive.
