The Smart Meter Communication Licence (the “Licence”) requires Smart DCC Ltd (DCC) to review the procurement strategy and propose to the Authority any revisions that DCC deems appropriate or necessary for better complying with the requirements as outlined under licence condition 16. The Authority may then direct the licensee to revise its procurement strategy with effect from a time and to an extent as outlined in the direction.
