On 17 June 2022, BBL Company proposed modifications to its Charging Methodology and Access Rules to the Authority for approval, pursuant to Standard Licence Conditions 10 and 11A of the Gas Interconnector Licence.
Our decision is to grant approval for BBL Company's proposal and attached to this letter is a Notice setting out our decision.
This letter also sets out our decision to disapply Articles 11.8, 12.6 and 13.6 of the UK Capacity Allocation Mechanism Network Code for BBL Company in relation to the Implicit Allocation Mechanism.
