Decision for Low Carbon Network Fund’s Second Tier Reward 2022

In August 2022, we received three Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) submissions for the LNCF STR from 2 DNO groups. An Expert Panel reviewed these submissions against the Discretionary Reward Criteria as set out in the LCNF Governance Document (version 7). This letter sets out our decision on the financial reward based on the recommendation of the Expert Panel.
