DCUSA Modification Proposal 389 seeks to: (i) to clarify the circumstances in which the exceptional circumstances set out in paragraph six of DCUSA Schedule 32 apply; and (ii) to introduce a process to review the allocation to charging bands of ‘new’ sites and sites where no data is available. The Authority approved this proposal on 22 February 2023.
