These regulatory instructions and guidance (RIGs) are provided to offshore transmission owners that have had their licence granted under Transitional Tender Round 2 (TR2) to enable them to complete the reporting templates that they are required to submit. The RIGs are published further to the consultation on the TR2 RIGs which closed on 14 February 2014.
