Decision on 2025 modifications to the Regulatory Financial Performance Reporting (RFPR) for RIIO-2

On 25 April 2025, the Authority issued a Notice proposing modifications to the RFPR template and the accompanying RIGs for Gas and Electricity Transmission networks, Gas Distribution networks and Electricity Distribution Networks.
We are now publishing the modified versions of the RFPR template and RIGs, following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the Notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for network licensees and will take effect from 20 June 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2024/25 regulatory year should comply with the RFPR template and RIGs, as modified.
The RFPR RIGs is tracked to show the location of modifications relative to previously published versions.
