On 21 July 2026, the Authority received a request from Xoserve to consent to certain activities being treated as Central Data Services Provider (CDSP) Services. The request concerns the Licence Assessment and Implementation and Assurance phases of Xoserve’s candidacy for appointment as Code Manager for the proposed Gas Network Code. Paragraph 1.3.3 of Section D of the Uniform Network Code provides for the Authority to consent to services beyond those otherwise defined as CDSP Services.

Pursuant to paragraph 1.3.3 of Section D of the Uniform Network Code, the Authority consents, subject to the scope and limitations set out in this decision, to the specified activities being treated as CDSP Services. The consent applies from the date of the decision until the grant of any Gas Network Code Manager licence.
