On 18 January 2024, National Gas Transmission wrote to us requesting a derogation from the requirement to carry out a Relevant Point Consultation for the proposed Entry Point for the Brigg Hydrogen Pilot, Brigg (AGI).
We have decided to approve this request. Our reasoning is provided in the attached letter.
