Article 26(1) of the EU Network Code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (TAR NC) requires BBL Company to consult on information relating to its reference price methodology.
Article 27(4) of TAR requires us to publish a motivated decision on all items in Article 26(1) as consulted by BBL Company. The letter below sets out our motivated decision.
