Smart DCC Ltd (DCC) has requested a reduced Notice period in respect of an additional amendment to the Charging Statement for Regulatory Year ending 31 March 2025 (Regulatory Year 2024 to 2025) to increase the monthly Fixed Charges.
We consented to the reduced Notice period of 2 weeks, on the basis that DCC proposed to reduce the Fixed Charges in order to return £43.7 million to its customers, and so DCC customers benefit from the proposed amendments to the Charging Statement as they would receive the money earlier than had DCC followed the standard correction factor process.
