We have decided to approve the Access Rules and the Charging Methodology on the basis that we are satisfied that both documents achieve the relevant objectives as required under GIL’s Electricity Interconnector Licence. The relevant Directions approving the Access Rules and the Charging Methodology can be found in Annexes 1 and 2 of this letter.
