On 28 February 2022, Ofgem received a notice of appeal from Centrica in relation to the Central Data Service Provider (CDSP) Annual Budget for 2022 to 2023. This letter sets out our decision on the appeal and the reasons for that decision.
Pursuant to Standard Special Condition A15.10 of the Gas Transporter Licence, we have issued a direction to every licensee in whose licence that condition has effect, requiring the licensee to require the CDSP to make the changes to the CDSP Annual Budget specified in the direction.
