Consultation description
As part of the RIIO-ED2 price control, network companies can apply for additional allowances via re-opener mechanisms. We are consulting on proposed allowances following our assessment of nine applications received in January 2026 under the following re-opener mechanisms:
- Digitalisation
- Environmental
- High Value Projects
- Physical Security
- Wayleaves and Diversions
We are consulting on our Draft Determinations and draft directions for these applications.
We would like views from people with an interest in electricity distribution networks. We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public.
