We are seeking views on SP Energy Networks (SPEN)’s 2025 Electricity System Restoration Re-opener application.
Consultation description
As part of the RIIO-2 price control, network companies can apply for additional allowances via re-opener mechanisms. We are consulting on our proposals following our assessment of one Electricity System Restoration application submitted by SP Energy Networks (SPEN) in June 2025.
Who should respond
We would like views from people with an interest in electricity distribution networks. We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public.
