Decision:
As part of the RIIO-2 price control, network companies can apply for additional allowances via the Tier 1 Stubs Repex Policy Re-opener uncertainty mechanism.
In October 2023 and March 2024, we received applications from SGN and Cadent respectively for additional allowances via this re-opener.
We are now consulting on our draft determinations and draft direction for these applications.
