Gemserv and Xoserve are consulting on developing a Market Intelligence Service (MIS). In this response to the consultation, we welcome this important initiative.
We also encourage those with an interest in promoting innovation, reliability, industry efficiency and an overall improved consumer experience in gas and electricity markets to respond to the consultation by 31 January 2018 to help set the direction of the MIS and identify the services it should provide.
