We are seeking views on our proposed redaction policy addition to the re-opener guidance for carbon dioxide transport and storage (CCS).

Consultation description

Ofgem is seeking views on our proposed addition to the re-opener guidance for carbon dioxide transport and storage. This addition is an annex which provides information on the approach we propose licensees take when redacting published documents. It sets out a consistent, standardised approach for all re-opener applications and publications, helping to ensure that redactions are applied consistently and are properly justified.

This should provide a consistent framework to help ensure that published information is transparent, meaningful and robust enough for readers to understand the basis for decisions, while protecting sensitive and confidential information and meeting all legal obligations.

Who should respond

We welcome responses from both Licensees, current and future network users, and any other interested parties, including members of the public.

How to respond
