We are consulting on our minded-to decision to reject Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) Modification Proposal CMP444: Introducing a cap and floor to wider generation TNUoS charges.
Next steps
This consultation will close (deadline for responses) at 5pm on 11 August 2025. Following this consultation closing, we will review responses and publish a final decision on CMP444.
How to respond
We particularly welcome responses from parties affected by these proposals, including Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS)-liable generators, suppliers, consumer representatives, and the National Energy System Operator (NESO). We also welcome responses from other interested stakeholders and the public. Responses should be sent via email to tnuosreform@ofgem.gov.uk.
