This document consults on the proposal to remove BSUoS charges from generators and recover all balancing costs from suppliers.
The proposal was submitted to us by National Grid Electricity Transmission plc as a CUSC modification proposal 201 (CMP201). It sets out our impact assessment and minded-to position.
