Details of outcome
We have completed our assessment of the request for an ASTI ODI Penalty Exemption Period for the EGL1 project. After careful consideration of all relevant submissions, evidence, and regulatory requirements, we have decided to partially approve the request and are awarding 57 days of penalty exemption to EGL1.
