We are consulting on National Gas Transmission’s (NGT) Re-opener application, under Special Condition (SpC) 3.14 Asset health Re-opener of the RIIO-2 price control, for a direction modifying the value of the licence terms AHt, NARMAHOt and NLAHOt for asset health interventions in the St Fergus and Bacton gas terminals.
In January 2023 and in June 2023 NGT submitted applications under SpC 3.14 Asset health Re-opener seeking increased allowances. In accordance with our indicative application assessment process, having determined that a valid submission had been submitted, we proceeded to a detailed assessment of these applications.
