Under Article 28(2) of the Tariff Network Code, Ofgem must consult every tariff period with interested parties on the items mentioned in Article 28(1).
Details of outcome
On 26 February 2026, we published our Article 28(2) Tariff Network Code (TAR NC) consultation with interested parties on the items stated in Article 28(1), and consulted for four weeks. We are now publishing our Article 28 TAR NC motivated decision. We received one response, which was non confidential, submitted by an NTS shipper. The response and decision are summarised in the decision document.

Consultation description
Under Article 28(2) of the Tariff Network Code, Ofgem must consult every tariff period with interested parties on the items mentioned in Article 28(1). These are set out fully in the letter attached.
The consultation will be open for 4 weeks, closing on 26 March 2026.
