We are seeking views on our proposals for developing a future strategic approach to interconnection in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
Call for input description
Interconnection plays a critical role in providing secure, affordable, and low-carbon electricity. To ensure future arrangements are fit for purpose, we are seeking views on our proposals for developing a future strategic approach to interconnection in Great Britain for projects that are identified through NESO strategic planning.
This call for input intends to collect stakeholder insight into the future delivery and financing approaches Ofgem are considering for future interconnection.
We are seeking views on:
- the Future Delivery Approach
- the Future Financing Approach
