Sets out the Allowed Revenue amount as part of Sizewell C’s Electricity Generation Licence: Special Conditions for Nuclear Generator.
Sizewell C receives an Allowed Revenue each charging year. The Allowed Revenue for a charging year is a cap on the maximum revenue the licensee is entitled to receive, whether from market sources or by other means, in that charging year.
The First Charging Year covers the period from 4 November 2025 to 31 March 2027. For administrative reasons this consists of two periods. These periods run from:
- 4 November 2025 to 31 March 2026
- 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027
The Secretary of State has notified us that the Allowed Revenue for the First Charging Year will be £1,443,625,216.26 (nominal).
