In light of the send-back direction issued in respect of System Operator Transmission Owner Code CM095: Implementing Connections Reform, we are publishing our letter to the CUSC Panel which shares our position on the approach to Connections and Use of System Code (CUSC) modification proposals CMP434: ‘Implementing Connections Reform’ and CMP435: ‘Application of Gate 2 Criteria to existing contracted background’. If there are any objections to this approach, we expect these to be raised as a matter of urgency.
