The Administrative Arrangement sets out how we will work with the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators and Northern Ireland’s Utility Regulator.
The agreement of our new working arrangements is required by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement as part of the UK's post-Brexit relationship with the European Union.
