Details of outcome
Ofgem has decided to approve BSC Modification P512. Implementation of the modification proposal will, on balance, better facilitate the achievement of the applicable objectives of the BSC.

Code modification description
This modification seeks to defer the 2026 Industry Panel Member elections and temporarily extends the terms of existing members to ensure proportionate, stable BSC governance during the transition to the Licensed Code Manager model.
