On 11 October 2022, we published our consultation, as required by paragraph 11 of Part II of Schedule 6A of the CA98, setting out our proposal to release SSE from the Commitments, seeking views from SSE and other interested parties and other industry stakeholders as to whether Ofgem should release SSE from the Commitments
We invited responses to this consultation by 26 October 2022. After considering these responses, we are now issuing our decision to release SSE from the Commitments.
